The “Cell Culture Techniques – Hands-On Laboratory Training” workshop, organized by Rekombinant Biotechnology, which operates within the Balıkesir Technopark, was held on April 17, 2026, at the Technopark campus. The training program, which drew significant interest, brought together participants from the fields of molecular biology, genetics, and biotechnology between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The program, which combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on laboratory work, was met with great interest by researchers, graduate students, and participants seeking to gain proficiency in cell culture.
The training was conducted under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Feray KÖÇKAR, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra TOKAY, and Dr. Nelin HACIOĞLU, who are founding partners of Recombinant Biotechnology and experts in the field. During the training, our General Manager of Balıkesir Technopark, Lecturer Burcu Aydemir, also visited the laboratory to learn about the ongoing work. The instructors combined their academic expertise with laboratory experience to provide participants with hands-on training in cell culture techniques.
