General Manager of Balikesir Teknokent, Burcu Aydemir, PhD, participated in the 2026/1st Term Balikesir Industry and Technology Collaboration Board (SANTEK) meeting held with the coordination of the Balikesir Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology and hosted by the South Marmara Development Agency.

During the meeting, the current state of Balikesir's industry was assessed, and discussions focused on logistical cluster initiatives to enhance the province’s competitiveness, the development of the industrial ecosystem, and strategies to strengthen inter-institutional collaboration.

As Balikesir Teknokent, we continue to actively participate in all platforms that strengthen university-industry partnerships, support R&D and innovation, develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and contribute to the technology-driven development of our region.

Together with our stakeholders, we will continue to support joint initiatives that will further advance Balikesir’s high-value production and technology ecosystem.
