A board meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Balıkesir Technopark and Rector of Balıkesir University.

The meeting was attended by Okan Telaşeli, Chairman of the Assembly of the Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce; Nazmi Yarış, President of the Balıkesir Chamber of Industry; and Hüseyin Bekki, Vice President of the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone.

During the meeting, discussions focused on Balıkesir Technopark’s current activities, ongoing R&D and entrepreneurship projects, and efforts to strengthen the regional ecosystem. Additionally, evaluations were conducted regarding strategic goals for the upcoming period, opportunities for collaboration, and plans for new projects.

During the meeting, a presentation was delivered by Balıkesir Technopark General Manager Assoc. Prof. Burcu Aydemir, providing the Board of Directors with a comprehensive briefing on ongoing initiatives and planned projects.

The meeting concluded with a constructive exchange of views, aimed at evaluating the work being carried out in line with Balıkesir Technopark’s sustainable growth objectives and contributing to decision-making processes for the upcoming period.
