Strategic R&D and Innovation Evaluation at BAÜN

We participated, as Balıkesir Teknokent, in the Research and Innovation-Oriented Strategic Evaluation Meeting held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Fatih Satıl, Vice Rector of Balıkesir Üniversitesi (BAÜN) and President of BAÜN TTO.

The meeting was attended by Burcu Aydemir, General Manager of Balıkesir Teknokent, and Büşra Çalışkan Şeker, Specialist in Support Programs, Project Development, and Collaborations. Together with representatives from BAÜN TTO, PRODGİK, and the Academic Development Coordination Office, priorities aligned with the University’s research and innovation objectives were comprehensively discussed.

The agenda focused on the criteria of the Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index, performance indicators in line with the Research University vision, and concrete steps to strengthen collaboration among the university, technopark, and TTO.

We will continue to advance by reinforcing coordination in order to expand R&D capacity, increase project generation, and enhance national and international visibility.

???? In the upcoming period, we aim to deliver tangible outcomes through a joint action plan and performance-oriented monitoring mechanisms.
