The Balıkesir Provincial Board of Women Entrepreneurs of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) hosted the Balıkesir Technopark team at the Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce.

During the meeting, Balıkesir Technopark General Manager Lecturer Burcu Aydemir introduced the structure of Balıkesir Technopark, its technology ecosystem, and ongoing R&D projects. She emphasized the importance of women entrepreneurs in R&D and innovation, and shared potential areas of collaboration to support the development of technology-based women-led enterprises.

The meeting was attended by Provincial Board Chair Buse Tellioğlu Altındiş, board members Ayşe Öykü Erdoğmuş, Meltem Meder, Nurten Eryaşa, and Nurgül Eryaşa, as well as from Balıkesir Technopark, Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager Görkem İnce, Ecosystem Development Specialist Pınar Girgin, and Support Programs, Project Development, and Collaboration Specialist Büşra Çalışkan Şeker.

The participants discussed potential collaboration areas and joint projects where the fields of activity of the Women Entrepreneurs Board and technology-based initiatives could intersect, leading to a productive exchange of ideas.
