The Ministry of Industry and Technology of Turkey, in coordination with KOSGEB, is implementing the Employment Protection Support Program to facilitate access to finance for manufacturing businesses, preserve production capacity, and maintain employment levels.

**Eligibility:**

This program is available to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and large businesses operating in the manufacturing sector (NACE Section C) that meet the program criteria.

**Financial Support Offered:**

* Interest-free grace period up to 6 months

* Loan term up to 36 months

* Interest or profit-sharing support of up to 12 points

* Loan amounts up to 50 million TL for SMEs and 150 million TL for large enterprises

* Credit guarantee through KGF, KFK, and İGE

* Loan amounts may be increased by a factor of two for businesses meeting specified financial capacity or R&D capacity criteria.

**Requirements:**

Businesses applying for financing must maintain their average monthly contribution days in January-June 2026 in July-December 2026.
